With the prestigious Toronto International Film Festival in full, glitzy swing, Ontario’s provincial capital has once again pulled on its party pants to welcome around half a million visitors to the world renowned extravaganza. Perhaps unsurprisingly, the dynamic TIFF Bell Lightbox takes centre stage as familiar faces and media alike descend on the city. There’s more to Canada’s cultural hub than first meets the eye, however.
