Product Manager - Growth

Product Manager - Growth

Picfair is the world’s fastest-growing e-commerce platform for photographers. We make it easy for anyone to create a store for their photography, with full licensing and print production baked in, and simultaneous access to the Picfair marketplace too. Hundreds of thousands of photographers across the globe use Picfair as a beautifully simple way to sell their images.

We’re looking for a dynamic product manager with a passion for data-driven experimentation to help us optimise our onboarding and conversion processes across landing pages, product pages and CRM.

The salary:

  • £40-55k depending on experience

The role:

  • You’ll work between Picfair’s Marketing and Product teams, identifying areas where performance can be optimised across multiple conversion paths

  • You’ll help define Picfair’s product data framework, and best practice for product ideation and evaluation

  • You’ll be able to iterate rapidly with “non-tech” solutions such as externally-hosted landing pages and CRM, but will also work with Picfair’s development team on optimisation to the core product

About you:

  • You have 3+ years of experience working in a growth-focussed product manager or growth hacker/manager role

  • You are comfortable using a range of data analytics tools

  • You have a proven track record for delivering significant improvements in customer conversion or revenue maximisation for an ecommerce or SaaS company

  • You have experience working directly with marketing teams and development teams

  • You have a strong understanding of how digital products are built. You’re technically literate but not necessarily a coder yourself. HTML, CSS and JS are a bonus.

  • You’re comfortable working with data to get the most out of your products. You know what data you need when shipping something.

Working at Picfair:

  • We’re a small and friendly team, but we’re scaling fast, and now is an incredibly exciting time to be joining - we’ve grown from 100,000 photographers to 400,000 photographers so far this year.

  • We operate a flexible working policy. We have an office space in Shoreditch but you’re welcome to work from home or from co-working spaces close to your home.

  • Picfair also operates a £1,000-per-year academic bursary for you to feed your brain in any way.
