The annual Bay to Breakers event has serious runners compete to run across the city of San Francisco. The start is on the bay side of the peninsula and the finish line is on the Pacific Ocean side. Police presence has been greatly increased to discourage the fun runners from illegally consuming alcohol in the streets.
