Two fishermen maneuvering their wooden fishing boat against the swell to push back out to sea. Whilst one hoists the anchor from mooring, the other pushes to turn the boat back out into the water. Taken on a beach of Jiaonan outside Qingdao, China.
A traditional oyster fisherman propels his boat out with a sweep at dawn in a flat calm. A local law prohibits fishing for the native oysters in the Fal Estuary (Cornwall, England) by power so a small fleet of oyster boats still dredge by sail. Some of the boats are well over 100 years old.
This is a timelapse shot of the obvious 'play' boat of the Beach Haven Marina and the Galactic Kiwi.
I have planned my shots to achieve such a composition and excited to see how it came out. This is becoming my next favorite spot
