It is an honour to announce the winner of Picfair & MPB's first-ever photo competition - 'Urban'.
We wanted to see our photographer's views of the city, and were gobsmacked by the entries - we received over 4,100 submissions from over 530 Picfair photographers from all corners of the globe, and we were hugely impressed by the calibre of the images that passed through our doors.
From the thousands of submissions we received, we shortlisted the entries down to just 50 images (which was an extremely difficult task)! And from our dazzling shortlist of 50 images, we found our overall winning entry - from the photographer Engin Sezer - with his majestic and evocative black & white capture from the melting-pot city of Istanbul.
Engin receives the prize of a £250/€250/$250 voucher to spend at MPB, and we are absolutely thrilled to present this prize to Engin. Congratulations!
