The Heather has looked particularly good this year! it's close and accessible to me which is always a bonus! There are so many stunning places in the Peak but when you laser-focus on one area you start to appreciate and discover finer details. We skirted the edge looking for compositions as the light was great in the distance. I liked this scene, it was almost like an amphitheatre looking out towards many iconic hills and edges. Read less
