"The underwater world is of endless inspiration and source of joy for me.
It offers vast opportunities for photography, but not without specific challenges.
Most of my photos are taken while freediving, which became a great passion.
Learning to dive while holding my breath made it possible to travel freely in the water column and be the most flexible in movement that I can get underwater."
"Besides photographing the underwater landscape I experiment with people and different ways to show their interaction with the surface of the water. The deepest photo I took while freediving was at 55 meters, photographing a freediver in front of The Arch at Dahab’s Blue Hole. I destroyed a 5DM4 + lens on a second attempt."
