International Women's Day is a United
Nations day of observance that takes place each year in early March. It is a
day to recognise and celebrate the achievements of women, to raise awareness of
gender inequality across the globe, and to actively promote women's
empowerment.

8th. In recognition of this upcoming and important day, we've put
together a selection of truly diverse and representative images celebrating
women from across the globe, brought to you by our network of photographers
based in over 130 countries.
