Birds of prey with Country Life

This week’s In The Wild is a wonderful wildlife instalment as our featured licence comes from quintessential English weekly magazine, Country Life. Documenting the majestic rulers of the sky, the article (published both in print and online) highlights three rather unique shots of our feathered friends, at different stages of the hunt.

Making up the selection are a hovering buzzard; shot by Reint Jakob Schut of AGAMI (a Dutch agency specialising in nature and wildlife with an impressive roster of award-winning photographers); a perfectly-timed close up of a swooping kestrel moments after a successful hunt by Lee Wilson; and finally - a majestic goshawk, surrounded with the remnants of his exploits, captured by Ian Duffield.
