Regatta on Ca Ty river, Phan Thiet city, Binh Thuan province, Viet Nam. This festival is characterized by coastal residents, it’s celebrated at 2nd Tet of lunar calendar. It is one of the oldest sports activities, attached to the cultural life and the spirit of people in every spring. The festival has attracted thousands of people in the region, the neighboring localities, as well as traveling to Phan Thiet resort in the country and internationally. Boat racing festival in Phan Thiet City brings together teams from the ward, coastal communes. Join this year’s regatta festival has nine teams of nine wards and communes in the city with 216 sailing athletes (24 athletes per team). In addition to sailing, swimming competition pannier is also indispensable content of the festival program. In content regatta, the team competed in two distances: gay sailing regatta every 500 m and 1,700 m south turnaround. In both content regatta, nine teams were divided into three qualifying table, most teams play each table in the final. Interspersed between the content regatta is the swimming competition pannier doubles, men’s singles and harassment baskets with the participation of more than 20 baskets. Ca Ty river have cheers echoed by thousands of onlookers. The boat race as the water tore labor arrow on the blue water in dô resounding cheers, rhythmic of the rowers. All blended together creating a vibrant atmosphere, excitement, excitement. The excitement of the viewers has been the inspiration for the athlete tries to maximize its capabilities. The success of a team is determined by consensus, solidarity and co-effort of the athlete on the boat. Read less
